Remove heads and clean quickly after catch. In order to limit oily product.
Filet fish with skin on.
Create Marinade: 1 cup Chenin Blanc, 4 cloves minced garlic, 2 Tablespoons of Dizzy Pig Tsunami Spin Seasoning. Combine in a ziplock bag. Marinade filets for 1 hour in the fridge.
Heat up your grill to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Place fish, skin side down on sheet of aluminum foil. Pour remaining marinade over grilling filets. Grill for 7 minutes until top browns and filet starts to flake. Remove from heat and rest for 5 minutes.
