Original Grills Retrofitting Process:

• Schedule an onsite appointment for an OG technician to measure and review your current grilling space
• OG will discuss your new grill and other component options with you as well as any other work that may need to be completed
• OG sends you a quote to complete the work
• OG orders your new grill and outdoor kitchen components
• We schedule your installation date and you start using your new grill

*Most new grills will be ordered and installed within 5-10 business days

• sending a new grill back because it doesn't fit is a painful process -unfortunately, this happens too frequently when we are not involved
• island or grill water damage due to gap issues - OG can install custom stainless steel pieces to cover unwanted gaps around the grill
• countertops often need to be trimmed or cut for your new grill to fit properly -we will perform this work while onsite
• buying a poorly made grill from a bad manufacturer -we make sure you get the best product for your needs and budget

Safety 

• corroded gas lines are dangerous and need to be replaced
• proper venting is a MUST for grills and gas lines
• if combustible materials are too close to the grill this must be properly dealt with
